1. Cleaning: the cleaning machine used in cassava starch production line designed by DOING has a specification of 5-50 tons capacity.  It can clean weed, sand, and other debris to faciliate washing.

2. Washing: Using paddle washing machine, and use the profit plate conveyor or self-current into washing machine.To remove soil, dirt and other impurities in cassava starch production line.

3. Grinding: The grinding unit is one of the most important part in cassava starch production line which determines the cassava starch extraction rate. High-efficiency cassava grating machine allows the starch granules in cassava cells to be completely released, ensuring that the combined starch content in the cassava residue is minimized.

4. Separating: The next cassava starch processing machine is centrifuge sieve which is mainly used for the separating of fiber and starch slurry. The contact material part of the centrifuge sieve is made of stainless steel which guarantee a clean processing environment of cassava starch production line.

5. Sand removal: This process in cassava starch production line is mainly for remove the sand content out of cassava slurry for it has a bad influence on the taste of cassava starch. The desander utilizes the different specific gravity between the cassava starch and sand to remove the sand.

6. Protein separation: Hydrocyclone station is used for protein separation in cassava starch production line. The starch is further concentrated and refined to remove non-starch components such as protein to improve the quality of the starch.

7. Dewatering: The dewatering process is maily for reducing water content of cassava milk so that it can meet the drying standard. Peeler centrifuge is widely used to dewater cassava milk in cassava starch production line. This is required that the water content of cassava starch after dewatering is about 38%-40%.

8. Drying: Using flash dryer to dry starch to the desired quality. According to the output in cassava starch production line, different specification drying pipe, fan, close fan and radiator piece can be chosen.

9. Packaging: there are two ways in cassava starch production line: (1): people (according to the output of the number of users): (2): automatic packaging: choose the type according to the output.
