Step1: Cleaning and washing system

Step 2: Grinding system

Step 6:De-water
There is two types of cassava starch dewatering machine, one is vacuum fitler,another one is centrifuge peeler, vacuum filter is good for small and medium scale, and small investment, the peeler centrifuge is good for bigger capacity ,and can be continuous working, the moisture will be 38%, then it’s so easy to delivery to next stage.
Step 7: Falsh dryer system
Flash dryer need a steam boiler for providing the heating and hot air, and the temperature will be around 140 C , the whole system is in a negative pressure state, and features with no dust and energy saving. After the starch is dried, the water content is between 12% and 14%, which is the standard of the finished product.
Step 8: Packing machine
Packing size decided from client’s requirement, normally it’s 25kg and 50kg,but also has some special requirement like, 500kg,1000kg etc.
