1. Transportion and weighting process
Cassava roots have 24-48 hours shelf-life after harvest, so the roots have to be processed within 2 to 3 days from harvest. Therefore the newly harvested cassava should be transpoprted into factory for processing as soon as possible. Then the cassava is weighted and prepares in tapioca starch production line.

2.Cleaning process
