Cassava starch production process making plant
The cassava starch production process of Doing Company adopts the wet processing technology of starch production without any additives. The process is operated automatically from the whole process of cleaning, washing, grinding, separating, desanding, concentration and refining, dehydration and drying of raw materials.
1. Cassava cleaning section: the dry sieve is the firstly used cassava starch processing machine for cassava starch production process. It meanly remove the dirt, stand, small stones, weeds and other impurities on the surface of the cassava for how to extract cassava starch.
2. Washing section: This process is mainly for thoroughly washing the attached soil, sand, dirt and other impurities of cassava store the cleaned cassavaes in the cassava temporary storage hopper. The rotation of the drum in rotary washing machine causes the cassava tubers to strongly rub against each other, which can peel off the sticky soil on the cassava effectively so as to achieve a good cleaning effect. In this process in cassava starch production process, clean washing water is fed from the discharge port, and the water flows reversely to wash the raw materials and discharges dirty water and cassava skin from the feeding inlet of the rotary washing machine. The washing water can be sent from the circulation pump to the flow tank as the flushing water for recycling.
3. Cassava crushing section: Grinding is an important process in cassava starch production process. Therefore grinding machine is an important cassava starch processing machinery. 4. Slurry and slag separation section: Separation of starch slurry and residue is an important part of cassava starch production process. This process and the crushing process determine the yield of starch. Centrifuge sieve and fine fiber sieve are used for separating starch slurry and the fiber impurities.
5. Desanding section: This process is mainly for remove the sand content out of cassava slurry for it has a bad influence on the taste of cassava starch. The desander utilizes the different specific gravity between the cassava starch and sand to remove the sand in cassava starch production process.
6. Concentration and refining section: The hydrocyclone station will then be used. The main purpose of this machine in cassava starch production process is to remove the fiber, protein and cell sap. The full hydrocyclone technology includes the concentration, refining and recycling of cassava starch in cassava starch processing plant.
7. Dewatering section: The moisture content of the starch milk coming out from the cyclone station is too large to be directly dried in cassava starch production process. Therefore, the starch milk should be dehydrated first, so that the moisture content of the starch is about 40%. The starch milk is pumped into the vacuum filter tank, and the vacuum pump forms a negative pressure in the vacuum drum.
8. Drying section: Flash dryer is the extemsively used cassava drying machine whose main function is to dry the wet starch coming from the vacuum filter in cassava starch production process. The working principle of this cassava starch processing machine is negative press drying which can drying the material within few seconds.
