Industrial tapioca starch machine used for cassava processing

As a major cassava processed product, the cassava starch are processed after a serious of complicated procedure. 1. Washing and cleaning machine
The firstly used tapioca starch machine is the cleaning equipment-dry sieve. It is mainly used for removing sand, small stones, dirt and other attached impurities from cassava.  After cleaning, the cassava will be washed in the paddle washing machine. This tapioca starch machine adopts the countercurrent washing principle. In this way, the cassava in the washing tank flows in the reverse direction against the water, thus the cassava is washed thoroughly.

2. Crushing machine
The next tapioca starch machine is the crushing machine. And rasper is a widely used machine in this process. The purpose of crushing is to crush the raw cassava into cassava slurry, thus the binding starch in the cassava will be converted into free starch.

3. Starch and slag separating machine
In this process, the mainly used tapioca starch machine includes centrifuge sieve and fine fiber sieve. Centrifuge sieve is a machine which take use of high speed centrifugal force to separate the fiber from starch. And the fine fiber sieve is used maily for removing the fine fiber from starch to further improve the quality of the final products.

4. Desanding machine
This tapioca starch machine is mainly for remove the sand content out of cassava slurry for it has a bad influence on the taste of cassava starch. The desander utilizes the different specific gravity between the cassava starch and sand to remove the sand in cassava starch manufacturing process.

5. Concentration and refining machine
The hydrocyclone station will then be used. The main purpose of this tapioca starch machine for how is tapioca made from cassava is to remove the fiber, protein and cell sap. The full hydrocyclone technology includes the concentration, refining and recycling of cassava starch.

6.Dehydrating machine
Then the starch slurry is dewatered by the peeler centrifuge which is an high efficient tapioca starch machine. The peeler centrifuge is extensively used in the starch, medical, food, chemical engineering and other industries for the separation of solid-liquid.

7.Drying machine
After dewatering, the starch will be dried in the flash dryer machine. The dewatered cassava starch enters into flash dryer by feed conveyor and mixs with the high speed hot air flow, and the drying process is completed in just a few seconds by heat exchange of tapioca starch machine.
