Industrial cassava starch production line machinery

The cassava starch production line is:
Raw cassava - → hydraulic conveying - → cleaning - → washing - → crushing - → separation - → sand removal - → concentrated cyclone separation - → purification and refining - → dehydration - → airflow drying - → package finished products

1. Cleaning and washing machine: The cassava starch processing machine used for cassava cleaning and washing process includes the dry sieve and rotary washing machine. These machines carry out multi-stage cleaning of raw materials (cassavaes), fully remove the skin sediment and improve the purity of raw materials in cassava starch production line. These machine features with continuous work without burden, multiple cleaning processes have high cleanliness and low energy consumption.

2. Cassava grinding machine: Grinding is an important process in the cassava starch production line. Therefore grinding machine is an important cassava starch processing machinery. DOING raper is an high efficient grinding machine which can fully grind cassava into slurry.

3. Separating: The cassava slurry contains many impurities, such as fiber, protein and cell sap. They need to be separated from starch in cassava starch production line. Centrifuge sieve and fine fiber sieve are the separating machine serves for separating fiber from starch.  In cassava starch processing plant, we normally use four to five stage centrifuge sieve in order to achieve better separation effect.

4. Desanding: According to the principle of specific gravity separation, the starch slurry is pumped into the desander by a pressure pump, and the bottom stream is desanded, and the top stream is passed through the slurry to achieve the purpose of sand removal in cassava starch processing plant.

5. Concentration and refining: Hydrocyclone station is used for separating protein, cell sap and other debris in cassava starch production line. A full hydrocyclone technology includes the concentration, recycling and refining of starch milk in cassava starch production line. The hydrocyclone pipe is made of strengthened nylon which is solid and durable.

6. Dewatering machine: Cassava dewater machine is mainly used for reduce the water content of cassava starch. The most widely used machine for this process is peeler centrifuge which is a continous operation machine. Afte the dewatering process in cassava starch production line, the water content of wet starch is about 38%.

7. Drying: Flash dryer is used for drying wet starch to meet starch production standard in cassava starch production line. The short time of material retention in the dry tower and high heat-exchange rate ensures the starch dried in seconds.
