Cassava selection→Weighing and conveying→Cleaning and conveying→Washing→Coarse crushing→Coarse crushing→Second to five centrifugal sieves→fine slag screening→Desanding device→Two cyclone concentration→Cyclone Washing and refining→dehydration→airflow drying→finished packaging.

The cassava starch manufacturing process features:

1. The whole mechanical method of raw material transportation and cleaning saves water and labor.

2. The cassava starch processing machine for crushing is used to break the cassava once, and the starch granules are released mostly and the quality is good.

3. The use of centrifugal force to separate the cell liquid first, laying a good foundation for the subsequent process of cassava starch manufacturing process.

4. The sand removal device is used to solve the sand in the liquid process, so that the sand removal effect reaches 99% in cassava starch manufacturing process.
