Cassava flour production process

The first part is raw material clean & washing
Cassava flour production process in this step requires removing impurities such as mud, stones, stems and leaves, and muddy sand adhering to the surface of the cassava when the cassava is received.

The sediment remaining on the cassava epidermis is further washed with water and some of the cassava epidermis was removed in cassava flour production process. The water consumption is about 2-3 times that of the raw materials.

2. The second part is cassava grating
Then it comes to grating section which is the most important section for the whole cassava flour production process. For the grating process plays the decisive role in the cassava flour yield. The purpose of the grating is to destroy the structure of the cassava, so that the tiny granules can be smoothly separated and released from the cassava roots. 3. The third part is cassava flour drying
Before drying operation, cassava flour need to be dewatered to reduce moisture moisture content for preparing drying. In dewatering section in cassava flour production process, the water in cassava slurry is mechanical removed.

In cassava flour production process, cassava flour drying is done by flash dryer. The water in wet cassava flour evaporate by high speed hot air flow to desired quality. Then the dried cassava flour is further sieved to get finer particles cassava flour. And the final cassava flour is then packed by automatic packing machine.
