Cassava starch processing machine and making process

1. Cleaning and washing: Cleaning in cassava starch manufacturing process serves to remove the sediments attached on cassava and outer peels of cassava. 4. 5. Starch milk dehydration section: The refined starch has high water content, and the dehydration process is required to increase the starch purity and facilitate the drying operation. After dehydration by cassava starch processing machine, the starch water content is about 38%.

6. Air flow dryer - The dehydrated wet starch enters the flash dryer, and the dried starch has a moisture content of about 14%. The whole cassava starch processing machine adopts automatic control system.
